Dave was given the opportunity to nominate a charity of his choice for a £250 donation and he picked Ramsey lifeboat station.

Managing director Mark Beresford said Dave was recognised by his peers for his helpful attitude and positive approach and for being quick to action when problems occurred.

He said: "Dave demonstrates personal responsibility to ensure our customers get the best level of service possible.

"He is always there to help out colleagues when they have a problem.

"Dave also spends time helping colleagues out of hours and is an active supporter of lifeboats and coastguards around the Island."
