High demand for tickets for royal visit film

by isleofman.com 11th March 2011

THERE are no tickets left for tonight's screening of a film showing the royal visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to the Isle of Man in 1945.

The event, organised by Manx National Heritage, is now full to capacity – but due to demand another date has been organised.

Tickets are now available for a screening on Saturday, April 23, at 2.30pm at the Manx Musuem.

Admission is free but places are limited and tickets are required. These can be collected from the Manx Museum reception this afternoon.
