Man arrested after ?30,000 of alleged drugs found

A MAN has been arrested after being found in posession of approximately £30,000 worth of a substance which is believed to be cocaine.

 

A statement by the police said: "At approximately 2pm today, officers from the Pro-Active Team arrested a man in Woodbourne Square, Douglas, who was found to be in possession of approximately £30,000 worth of what is believed to be cocaine.

 

"He is currently assisting them with enquiries."

 

No further details have been released as of yet.
