by isleofman.com 3rd March 2011

An inquest into the death of a 21-year-old Laxey man will resume at Douglas Courthouse this morning (Thursday).

The body of Charles Geoffrey George Fryer was discovered in a wooded area on Sky Hill, just west of Ramsey, on September 25 last year.

When the inquest opened early in October it heard Mr Fryer could have been dead for up to 10 days before he was found.

Consultant pathologist at Noble's Hospital, Dr Christopher Clague, carried out a post mortem examination and gave an initial cause of death as asphyxiation due to hanging.
