Union can't find signed pay agreement

The Communication Workers Union has admitted it cannot find a signed copy of an agreement between itself and the Post Office management on which a current pay claim rests.

It followed a Post Office challenge to produce the agreement.

The union is adamanent that negotaions have been taking place on the strength of it
