Last eight action in Woods Cup

Division Two sides take centre stage in Manx football this afternoon (Saturday) with the quarter-finals of the GH Corlett Woods Cup.

Unbeaten leaders St John's have a home tie against Ramsey Youth Centre, while fellow promotion candidates Union Mills travel to Braddan.

The other games are Douglas and District v Marown, and Foxdale v Colby.

In the top flight, Premier leaders Old Boys have a tricky trip to champions Rushen while St George's entertain Castletown.

In Rugby, Vagabonds face a really tough encounter at home to South Lancashire and Cheshire Division One runaway leaders Anselmians who have won all 17 matches played this season.

Douglas also have a difficult fixture away to Warrington, while Ramsey will be hopeful of returning home from struggling Wallasey with victory.

In Hockey, two of the three unbeaten sides in the Mixed Premier League clash, when champions Bacchas A play Valkyrs A at the National Sports Centre, at 2.05pm.
