Police are investigating an assault against a woman in her mid 20s.
It happened between midnight and 1am on Sunday, February 6 in Market Street, Douglas, close to the rear of the Marks and Spencer store.
Police are appealing for witnesses and would particularly like to speak to two members of the public who were walking down Market Street towards the car park in Chester Street.
They also want to talk to a person who was cycling in the same direction at around the time of the incident.
Several taxis, including a larger van-size vehicle, were driven in the direction of Victoria Street at about the same time, and police are urging the drivers or passengers to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Dawn Lowe in the CID office at Police Headquarters on 631316.
Alternatively, ring Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
