The Manx Treasury has been warned about misdirecting cuts in the 2011 budget.
During the debate in Tynwald today (Tuesday) North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson said his patience was 'wearing thin' over the way the most vulnerable groups in the Island's community were being affected.
