A Manx surgeon is pioneering a new form of surgery to help obese patients.
Consultant surgeon Jamie Kelly from Peel works at Southampton University Teaching Hospital, where he has been leading the way in the field.
He has the first person in Europe to carry out the Primary Obesity Surgery Endolumenal technique, which can see patients up and about within 24 hours.
