Book now for life-saving courses

by isleofman.com 14th February 2011

There are still places left for the annual Rotary Heart Save courses, due to be held at Red Cross headquarters in Douglas tomorrow (Tuesday).

It's the 19th year Douglas Rotary has sponsored the initiative, which is free to those attending.

A team of instructors will give training in how to deal with bleeding, burns and choking, as well as mouth to mouth resuscitation.

Malcolm Watson from Douglas Rotary Club says people shouldn't worry about not getting the techniques right when they need to use them (play audio file):

To book a place ring the Red Cross on 639 310.
