SENIOR management from Manx2.com is en-route to Cork after a plane operated by Flightline BCN on behalf of Manx2.com crashed killing six passengers.
The Isle of Man Department of Infrastructure has revealed that senior management representation and the Air Accident Investigation Branch will be meeting with the emergency services to discuss the tragic event.
The department said it has offered Manx2.com "every assistance" in the aftermath of the incident.
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne MHK said: "All our thoughts and prayers are with the passengers and crew members, and their friends and families, at this time."
Flight NM7100 crashed shortly before 10am this morning as it tried to land at Cork Airport. The flight was travelling from Belfast Airport and was carrying 10 passengers and two crew.
The Department of Infrastructure added that it will be business as usual at Ronaldsway Airport.
