Stokoe gets Dubai call

Isle of Man and Cronkbourne player Max Stokoe is one of only twelve players called up to the International Cricket Council European Academy.

He will fly out to Dubai on Sunday for ten days coaching along with players from higher-ranked nations such as Holland, Ireland and Scotland.

The course will be run by former Australia wicket-keeper Rodney Marsh who is the director of coaching at the Global Cricket Academy in Dubai.

Max says it's a fantastic opportunity for him to learn and improve his playing standards:
