A NEW name has joined the Island's corporate and trust service providers.

Isle of Man Corporate Solutions Limited (IoMCSL) was granted its Corporate and Trust Services Licence at the end of last year.

IoMCSL is the concept of Island residents Brendan Hayes and Mark Polychroankis and is co-founded with fellow Island resident Hazel Ebbutt and UK businessman and non executive director Chris Starkowski.

Brendan, a registered trust and estate practitioner and associate of the IFS School of Finance, said: "It is not necessarily the number of accountants, administrators or lawyers a company can offer but the dedicated and personalised service to each individual client.

"We are very much focussed on old-fashioned customer service values such as being available personally to each client, at their convenience, and above all maintaining fairness and transparency in all that we do."

Mark, a director and qualified chartered secretary, said: "We wanted to create and develop a company that clients could trust 100 percent knowing their business is in safe hands.

"We are proud of the personal service we offer which we achieve by listening to the client's individual needs and finding the right solution for their business whilst consistently delivering an honest and professional service."

Hazel is a Fellow of the Institute of Compliance and is currently studying towards membership of the Institute of Directors.

IoMCSL is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. They are based at Exchange House, 54/58 Athol Street, Douglas.
