Minister unveiling health strategy

The Isle of Man's health service strategy for the next decade is being revealed at a media conference this afternoon (Monday).

Everything from healthcare provision for all ages to plans for tackling obesity are included in a 40 page document.

On hand to explain the strategy will be the minister, David Anderson MHK, chief executive David Killip, departmental member Dudley Butt MLC and public health officials Dr Parameswaran Kishore and Dr Paul Emerson.

The conference is at the legislative buildings in Douglas from 3pm.
