Three people charged with forgery and offences contrary to the 1995 Representation of the People Act will appear in court next month.
The charges relate to alleged irregularities in voting in the House of Keys by-election in East Douglas last May.
Five other people remain on bail, and are due in court to answer that bail on Monday.
Police say a file is currently with the Attorney General's chambers for a decision.
