LVP looks to reshape Island politics

by isleofman.com 2nd February 2011

Liberal Vannin chairman Roy Redmayne says party politics should be the way ahead for the Isle of Man.

The party was formed four and half years ago but, despite having a healthy representation in local authorities, has only one MHK in place.

Mr Redmayne believes that, over time, the LVP can reshape politics on the Island, and this year's general election will be an ideal benchmark (play audio file):

The general election is on Thursday, September 29, with nominations day on August 30.
