The recently retired chief secretary says she still believes the Isle of Man's brightest students should consider a career in its civil service.
Mary Williams officially stood down as the Island's top civil servant last week, after eight years in the post and around 40 years in public service.
She says she had a challenging but enjoyable career and suggests any talented students who want a job where they can make a real difference should think of doing the same:
