Badminton squad hoping for home support

The Isle of Man badminton team has a rare home county tie this weekend, with Lancashire the opposition.

Play at the National Sports Centre will start at just after 4pm today (Saturday) and at 10.30am tomorrow.

The Manx squad is missing the two male competitors from the Delhi Commonwealth Games, with Matthew Wilkinson and Josh Green unavailable.

But the two girls, Cristen Callow and Kimberley Clague, will be playing.

Kim says there's been no rest from the sport for some time, and it's busy again in 2011:
