Motorists are being reminded that Richmond Hill in Braddan is closing again this evening (Friday).
The overtaking, south-bound lane was coned off on Monday to allow work to be carried out.
The whole road is being closed from 7pm today until midnight on Sunday so further remedial work can be undertaken.
The Department of Infrastructure say the improvements were originally planned for November, but was delayed because of the severe weather.
