Gary Johnson will ride for the East Coast Racing team at TT 2011.
The 30-year-old from Lincolnshire will compete in the British Supersport Championship as well as the major international road race events.
He will be aboard the ex-GNS Honda Sam Lowes used to win the title on the short circuits last year.
Johnson made his TT debut in 2007 and has made the podium once with a third place in the 2009 Senior race.
