The jury in the trial of an Isle of Man advocate charged with money laundering offences has been sent out to consider its verdicts.
Thirty-year-old Jenny Holt from Union Mills denies handling ?400,000 stolen by former business tycoon Trevor Baines and his wife Wendy.
Counsel for the prosecution and defence completed their closing speeches yesterday (Monday), and this morning Acting Deemster Turner summed up the case.
He told the jury they would need to take a clear, cool and unemotional look at the evidence before them.
Miss Holt, from Union Mills, was part of the defence team which represented Trevor and Wendy Baines at their money laundering trial in the autumn of 2009.
