An Isle of Man advocate charged with money laundering offences has admitted she didn’t take emails from a former business tycoon 'seriously'.
Jenny Holt was part of the defence team which represented Trevor Baines, and his wife Wendy, at their money laundering trial in the autumn of 2009.
The 30-year-old from Union Mills denies handling ?400,000 stolen by the couple.
The prosecution and defence are summing up their cases to the jury this afternoon.
