FINDING a postcode will be easier than ever before thanks to a new postcode directory launched by the Isle of Man Post Office.

The postcode directory lists the postcodes of all residential and business addresses in the Island so is an easy-to-use reference guide for customers wanting to find a postcode.

It will also help to speed up the efficiency of how mail is processed in the Douglas Mail Centre. 

Russell Cowin, sales manager at Isle of Man Post Office, said: "We are delighted with this postcode directory and I hope customers will find it a valuable source of information not only to find a postcode but also as a reference to the various products and services offered by Isle of Man Post Office.

"The directory will be coming through your door from today and now we are into a new year there's no better time to get into the habit of starting to use a postcode on your mail."

The directory will be distributed to every household, more than 40,000 addresses, by postal staff from today (Friday).
