THE annual general meeting and conference of the Liberal Vannin Party will be staged on Sunday, January 30, in Douglas.

The conference is expected to continue for most of the day at the South Douglas Old Friends Hall in Finch Road.

Chairman Roy Redmayne said that refreshments would be served before the start of the conference at 10.30 am and again at lunchtime.

Anyone interested is invited to attend, but Mr Redmayne has issued a reminder than only full members will be able to vote on any items on the agenda.
