An Isle of Man advocate charged with money laundering offences is due to take the stand at her trial today (Wednesday).
Jenny Holt denies handling ?400,000 stolen by former business tycoon Trevor Baines and his wife Wendy.
Thirty-year-old Miss Holt, of Union Mills, was part of the defence team representing the couple at their money laundering trial in the autumn of 2009.
Trevor and Wendy Baines have since admitted stealing the money from a trust fund they managed to pay their legal fees.
Miss Holt is due to give evidence this afternoon.
