THE Peel Group Practice has announced that Doctor Damian Smith is no longer a partner within the practice.
The announcement is with immediate effect and the practice has said no further information is available at this time.
Peel Group Practice has apologised to patients for any inconvenience caused by this change and would like to reassure all Dr Smith's patients that they are still registered at the Peel surgery and that their health care remains a priority.
All patients are registered with the practice and can be seen by any of the doctors.
