by isleofman.com 17th January 2011

A man listed as missing has been located safe and well in the Irish Republic.

Police say that, following ongoing communications with the Garda, Jonathan Patrick Kelly contacted officers in the Galway area to say he was fine.

Members of his family in the Isle of Man have been told of his whereabouts and have been able to talk to him.

Mr Kelly is no longer being treated as a missing person and is expected to return home later this week.

Police are thanking the media and the public for their help in the matter.
