Election candidate in Peel

by isleofman.com 17th January 2011

Peel commissioner Rodger Gimbert says he will contest the general election in September.

He has confirmed he will bid for the town's seat, which is currently occupied by Tim Crookall.

Mr Gimbert, a former chairman of the Peel board, is part of a group of what he calls 'like-minded individuals' who will stand under a common set of principles in different parts of the Island.
