POLICE are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl.

Kayleigh Ann Large, from the Douglas area, has not been seen since she left for school yesterday (Thursday) morning.

Police stress that Kayleigh is not in any trouble however they want to know she is safe and well.

She is described as approximately 5ft 6 tall, medium build and has a fair complexion with long straight dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded top with luminous colours on the bands, black trousers and black trainers.

Police are asking Kayleigh - or anyone who knows her whereabouts - to ring Police Headquarters on 631212.
