Alex Waddingham has been named in the 26 strong England Students Rugby squad.
The former Buchan and Castle Rushen pupil has now fully recovered from the broken leg he suffered last season.
He completed his studies at Durham University last summer and is now doing a Masters degree at Loughborough.
Alex also plays for Sale Sharks "A" who are the unbeaten leaders of the Aviva Premiership "A" league.....14 points ahead of nearest rivals Leicester.
The English Students have fixtures against France Universities at home and away....and against Portugal.....in late February and early March.
