Men charged with burglary and GBH appear in court

Three men charged with aggravated burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm have made a further appearance before the Deputy High Bailiff.

James Mark Cromwell of no fixed abode and 34 year old George Alexander Jamie McClaren of Viking Road, Willaston, have both been remanded in custody by Mr Montgomerie.

35 year old Donal John Tobin of Marathon Drive, Douglas, had his bail renewed.

Jane Hughes, prosecuting, asked for four weeks adjournment. She said committal papers were being prepared.

All three will appear again on February 1st.
