TEAMS wishing to enter this year's Isle of Man Adventure Race, organised by Adventurous Experiences, can do so from Wednesday.

The Adventure Race which takes place on June 18 and June 19 has five disciplines - sea swimming, sea kayaking, mountain biking, hill running and rope climbing.

Teams must consist of four people and each team member must compete in at least two disciplines over the two days.

As well as taking part in the disciplines teams can enjoy a beach BBQ, an opportunity to try coasteering, a free t-shirt and a free kayak training session.

There are 25 places and entry costs £60 per person. The closing date for entries is March 31 or as soon as the places are filled.
