Two people treated by paramedics following fire

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a fire at a property in Athol Park, Port Erin, in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).
 
On arrival crews wearing breathing apparatus assisted two people out of the building who were then treated at the scene by paramedics.

 

The fire was contained to one room with minor smoke damage to adjoining rooms.

 

Crews from Port Erin and Castletown attended the property at 4.20am.

 

No information about the cause of the fire or the people who were treated has been released.
