Chairman of Mec Vannin Mark Kermode used yesterday's speech at the Illiam Dhone ceremony to hit out at the Manx government's recent record.
Addressing the crowd in Manx, he said the government had been staggering from crisis to crisis and couldn't live off its luck forever.
