A Manx government minister has used a nationalist gathering to urge a new look at the relationship between the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
At Sunday's annual Illiam Dhone commemoration at Hango Hill, Castletown, Phil Gawne said the Uk was continually pushing the Island further and further away.
He said it was time for the Island to take a fresh look at alliances, suggesting Nordic countries as a possibility:
