Peter Andre will headline the "Britain's Got Talent meets the X-Factor" set on Sunday, June 19, which will see a host of acts from both shows perform.
Musician Example will also be playing on the Sunday night. The singer terms his music as "dysfunctional electro-pop".
This year there will be a second outdoor stage which will be used to host a Battle of the Bands competition which will showcase up and coming acts in the categories rock, indie, pop, urban and DJ.
Ticket holders will also get to see the best aerial stunt act in Europe – The Vander Space Wheel – jaw dropping fire stunts from Joseph Peace, a festival circus and a chainsaw sculptor.
Chris Hall, managing director for Manx Telecom, said: "The festival is a truly magnificent event for the Island and we're incredibly proud to be headline sponsor once again next year. We loved every minute of the 2010 event and can’t wait for what is already shaping up to be an outstanding weekend of entertainment."
HMV has been confirmed as the official ticket seller for 2011 and voice of the X-Factor Peter Dickson is this year's official spokesperson.
Peter Dickson said: "Valhalla has already received a significant amount of publicity with the Elton John concert selling out within 46 minutes. This is a tremendous boost for the festival and the line up of acts already confirmed could not have provided a better follow up to this sell-out concert."
Tickets for the festival went on sale on December 6.
