SAMANTHA Barks made a hugely memorable appearance at the Royal Variety Performance in December.
The former St Ninian's High School student sang On My Own from the musical Les Miserables. She is currently starring in the West End production of the show playing the role of Eponine.
The performance was broadcast on BBC One.
Samantha, who is originally from Laxey, has gone from strength to strength after finishing in the top three of the BBC One TV show I'd Do Anything in 2008.
She also played the role of Sally Bowles in a UK tour of Cabaret in 2008/09.
