Large quantity of fuel stolen from Ballasalla

POLICE in Castletown are investigating the theft of a large quantity of solid fuel and coal from a unit on the Balthane Industrial Estate in Ballasalla.

 

It happened between December 17 and December 28.

 

The solid fuel was contained in 20kg purple bags with "Wildfire" printed on it and the house coal was in 25kg red bags with "Castletown Fuels" printed on the side.

 

These items are available to buy from petrol stations but if anyone has any information about the theft or has seen large amounts of these bags stored anywhere they should contact Castletown Police Station on 832222.
