Fuel companies battling icy conditions

Local companies say they are trying their best to ensure homes are heated for the holiday season.

Snow and ice on the Island's roads has been affecting fuel deliveries for some days.

Heating oil and gas suppliers have had problems getting to remote areas of the Manx countryside and to some housing estates.

But Manx Gas and Manx Petroleum are hoping to reach the remaining houses in time for Christmas.
