THE 2010 TT proved to be a hugely memorable one.
Padgett's Honda rider Ian Hutchinson was the star of the show as he won every single solo race - a total of 5 TT wins in a week.
The Yorkshireman beat Phillip McCallen's previous record of four wins in a week set in 1996.
Hutchy's perfect week took his total number of victories to eight and his amazing feat secured his place among the all time TT legends.
Meanwhile both sidecar races were won by Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle who were very popular winners.
But there was drama as well - top riders Guy Martin and Conor Cummins were both injured as a result of crashes in the Senior TT. Guy's bike burst into flames following his crash at Ballagarey.
Conor, who crashed at the Verandah, continues to recover from his injuries.
Sadly New Zealander Paul Dobbs and Austrian rider Martin Loicht died following seperate incidents in the Supersport Race 2 TT.
Mr Dobb's funeral was held in the Isle of Man with a service at the Grandstand.
Following the funeral service there was a lap of the TT course on open roads.
Marshals, fellow racers, riders and TT fans turned up to pay their respects to the man they knew as Dobsy and to accompany him when he lapped the TT course one last time.
Paul's Dobbs wife Bridget said a funeral in the Isle of Man was "what he would have wanted" and said she had no regrets as "our lives have been immeasurably enriched by the TT and the Isle of Man".
