Update on road closures, 7am Monday

Police say a number of roads are closed to traffic this morning (Monday) because of the icy conditions.

The Brandywell Road will be out of bounds for motorists from Barregarrow, Kirk Michael to its junction with the Mountain Road until at least 10am, and the Mountain Road itself is closed until at least 11am.

In Douglas, Crellins Hill is closed until at least 8am.

Further south, the Shoulder/Roundtable Road is closed from its junction with Barrule Road down as far as Ballakillowey, Colby until at least 10am.

Glen Mooar Road, St John's is out of use from its junction with the Poortown Road down to its junction with Tynwald Mills Road/ the Glen Mooar Loop Road, until at least 11am.

Boilley Spittal, Peel will be closed from its junction with Patrick Street to its junction with the car park until at least 10am.
