THE following roads are closed due to snow and ice today (Sunday).
A18 Mountain Road from Lheanney Road through to Creg ny Baa - next review 11am tomorrow.
Brandywell Road from Barregarrow Crossroads through to its junction with A18 Mountain Road - next review 10.15am tomorrow.
A3 from Ballig Bridge though to Douglas Road Corner (access is possible to Glen Helen and Swiss chalet with care) - next review at 3pm tomorrow.
Boilley Spittal Peel, from its junction with Patrick Street to the car park, Peel - next review 10pm tomorrow.
Mona Street, Douglas from its junction with Mount Havelock and Bucks Road - next review 9am tomorrow.
Christian Road, Douglas, from its junction with Finch Road and Bucks Road - next review 8am tomorrow.
Crellin's Hill, Douglas - next review 8am tomorrow.
Summer Hill Douglas/Onchan which had been closed is now open.
Church Street, Douglas to its junction with Nelson Street is closed due to ice in particular on the hill. Access to the Shaw's Brow Car Park should be via Barrack Street off Lord Street though people should take care on that road too.
The emergency services said the emergency road closures listed provide an exemption for access to properties however extreme care should be taken.
