PSM 'needs an attraction'

by isleofman.com 13th December 2010

Port St Mary needs an attraction to pull people in.

That's the belief of one of the consultants looking into regeneration in the south of the Island.

Plans have been on display in the village's town hall over the weekend.

Several suggestions have already been put forward but Fritha Costain, Director of Costain Heritage, says whilst the village definitely needs something, at this stage they are just exploring options.

The exhibition at PSM Town Hall is open daily between 10am and 4pm until Wednesday.
