Warning to drivers as party season gets underway

by isleofman.com 12th December 2010

If you helped get the Christmas party season off to a start with a few drinks last night, think twice before you jump into your car this morning.

You can still be over the legal drink-drive limit after a night's sleep.

If you're not fully alert at the wheel and you're stopped by police, you could find yourself blowing into a breathalyser bag.

This year's Christmas anti drink-drive campaign was launched a week ago, with revellers advised never to get behind the wheel with any alcohol in the system.
