Police catch Christmas tree thief on CCTV

POLICE are hunting for a Christmas tree thief who was caught stealing on CCTV.

 

At 5.45pm on Wednesday four large Christmas trees were stolen from an enclosure at the front of A&D Poultry, on the A17 St Judes Road between Sulby and St Judes.

 

The suspect, a male, is described as slim build and was wearing light coloured trousers with square black patches over the knees, a two tone large jacket, and a distinctive bobble hat with tasselled ear covers.

 

The total value of the trees he stole is in the region of £200.
