by isleofman.com 7th December 2010

DOUGLAS Road Corner to Ballig Bridge on the TT course has re-opened following a traffic collision this morning (Tuesday).

The Emergency Services Joint Control Room said at 8am the road could be closed for about three hours but confirmed just before 10am it had re-opened.

No details of the collision have been released as of yet.

The ESJCR is continuing to advise drivers to drive to the road conditions and said the road is still icy though it has been gritted.
