THE Hospice ‘Light up a Life’ ceremony takes place tomorrow (Sunday) when people meet for the traditional gathering to celebrate the life of loved ones.
This year the ceremony takes place at 5pm in the grounds of Hospice. The public is invited to attend this free event which is a moving occasion attended by hundreds.
The event revolves around a Christmas tree which is illuminated by hundreds of lights shining like stars in remembrance of friends and family.
Lights are sponsored by individuals and companies and the event annually helps to raise funds for Hospice. Forms are still available from www.hospice.org.im or download from their Facebook page.
