Domestic oil stolen from house in Peel

DOMESTIC oil has been stolen from the rear of a house in Peel.

 

The fuel oil was taken from the property in Glanfaba Road between November 8, and November 29.

 

The police have reminded residents to take extra security measures for their oil tanks during the winter period.

 

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Walker at Peel Police Station on 01624 631554. 

 

Update: 3/12/2010 - Following further investigation it transpired that the oil tank was defective and had leaked oil. There had been no theft.
