MHK's concern over 'top-heavy' structure

Managers within government who want private sector pay should be subjected to private sector accountability, according to a member of the House of Keys.

As he looks into concerns over the Island’s new bus timetable, Onchan MHK Peter Karran says he has serious concerns over the number of people employed in senior positions in some areas.

And the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure, which runs the Island's bus service, is high on the list:
