Weather disrupts postal services to the UK

by isleofman.com 1st December 2010

ADVERSE weather is affecting mail services in some parts of the UK.

The Isle of Man Post Office has advised customers that the changing weather conditions mean it cannot guarantee next day delivery in all areas of the UK.

It is continuing to accept and prioritise the delivery of the majority of Special Delivery items but has removed the guarantee that it will be delivered on time from today (Wednesday).

Customers should also be aware that Parcelforce items are also not guaranteed.

The post office has apologised for any inconvenience caused and says it is doing all it can to minimise disruption.

For more information customers should contact Isle of Man Post Office’s Customer Services Team on 01624 664664.
